Choose a situation, respond by voice, and continue a guided conversation. Stella can prompt you when you need help.

1. Go to the Home screen.
2. Tap the level switch button in the bottom-right corner.
3. Select the course level you want to use.

The current course path covers levels A1–C1. The previous version remains available through the version switch.

AI responses may take a moment, as the AI needs time to understand what you've said and generate a personalized reply.

If it takes unusually long or the voice keeps cutting out:

1. Check your internet connection—a stable Wi-Fi or 4G/5G network is recommended.
2. Close and restart the app, and make sure you're using the latest version.
3. If the issue continues, contact us with the affected feature, your iPhone model, iOS version, Stella version, and a short screen recording if possible.

The pronunciation check considers accent, speed, and clarity. Speaking too quickly or having background noise can cause a false “wrong.”

1. Slow down and speak clearly.
2. Use a headset and practice in a quiet room.
3. If one specific word keeps failing, send us a screenshot or recording of that word so our team can review it.

1. Tap Personal Center in the bottom-right corner.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Describe your question or feedback in up to 200 characters.
5. Tap Submit.

Please provide clear details about the affected feature or page. This will help us understand and respond to your feedback.

1. Tap Personal Center in the bottom-right corner.
2. Turn on the Reminder switch.
3. If notifications are disabled in your iPhone settings, tap Okay in the pop-up.
4. In iPhone Settings, turn on Allow Notifications for Stella.
5. Return to Stella and confirm that Reminder is enabled.

Learning reminders help you maintain your study streak. Tap Not now if you do not want to enable notifications.

1. Open Stella and go to Personal Center.
2. Tap Log in.
3. Choose Apple, Google, or a supported email option.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete registration.
5. Keep using the same account to save and sync your learning progress.

1. Confirm that you are signed in to the correct Stella account.
2. Check that your network is stable.
3. Close and reopen Stella.
4. Return to the same level, unit, and lesson.

If progress is still missing, contact us with your sign-in method, level, unit, completed lessons, and a screenshot of the course page.

Stella handles account information, learning progress, and support information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. App Store payments are processed by Apple, and Stella does not need your Apple ID password or full payment details.

2. Do not share your password or verification code.
3. Keep Stella and iOS updated.
4. Hide personal information before sending screenshots.

4. Review the price and renewal terms shown by Apple.
5. Confirm the purchase through the App Store.

Your subscription is linked to the Apple ID used for the purchase.

3. Select Lifetime Plan.
4. Review the purchase details and confirm through the App Store.

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not renew annually.

1. Open iPhone Settings.
2. Tap Your Name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select Stella.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

You can continue using Stella Pro until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Payments made through the App Store are handled by Apple, so refund requests and eligibility are subject to Apple's policies and approval.

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
3. Choose Request a refund.
4. Select the Stella purchase and submit your request.

1. Confirm that you are using the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
2. Sign in to the same Stella account.
3. Open Stella and go to Personal Center.
4. Tap Restore Purchase.
5. Close and reopen the app on a stable network.

They are two different products. Eligible annual members may receive an exclusive offer to upgrade to lifetime access with a one-time purchase—no renewals, with full access for life.

If you have lifetime access, you may turn off annual renewal under iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Stella without affecting lifetime access.

Normal weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions are charged once per billing period. If you see two charges, it may be caused by a payment processing delay, a duplicate checkout attempt, or active subscriptions on more than one device or store account.

1. Check your subscription status in Stella or in the store account used for the purchase.
2. If the same plan was charged twice, wait for the automatic refund. If it does not appear within 7 days, contact support with both receipts or order numbers.
3. Do not subscribe again until the status is confirmed.

If a payment fails, check or update your payment method. The system may retry the charge automatically. Repeated failures can pause the subscription, but your learning progress remains saved and failed attempts never incur extra fees.
